Enrolment Information
Welcome to Kinross Primary School.
We are an independent local intake school and cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 living within our boundaries. The Department of Education website has information to assist parents with the application and enrolment processes for their children. Click HERE for more information.
To apply to enrol at Kinross Primary School please complete an “application to enrol form” available to download below and email to kinross.ps@education.wa.edu.au or come into the Front Office. We request if you are applying from out of our intake area you supply a letter of reason with the application form.

The following documents will need to be submitted along with the application form:
- Birth certificate
(if lost phone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on tel: 1300 305 021) - Up-to-date Immunisation History Statement
(It is a requirement of the Department of Education that a *current Australian
Immunisation Register (AIR) immunisation history statement (issued by Medicare)
MUST be submitted with this application. Information on obtaining the AIR
immunisation history statement is available online at:
https://www.healthywa.wa.gov.au/articles/a_e/australian-immunisation-register
*statement must have been issued within six months of the application to enrol) - Visa documentation if born overseas.
- Family Court Orders to be made available.
- Proof of address in the form of;
o Rental agreement showing the parents name and the address
(three months or more left on the lease)
o Land purchase document showing parents name and the address
o House purchase document showing parents name and the address
o Electricity,Gas,Water bill showing parents name and the address
o If you are living with a family or friends in Kinross, a statutory declaration is required, signed by both the homeowner and parent as well as a rate notice in the homeowner's name. Also required will be 1x proof of address in the parent's name showing this Kinross address. o A copy of your child/children's last school report is required, if they are enrolling in PP to year 6o If sending by email, please send accompanying documents in a PDF format.
Please note we do not accept phone accounts, driver’s licences, concessions cards etc.
Once your application is accepted, enrolment package will need to be completed along with medical forms, media forms and internet permission forms.
Kindy Enrolments 2027
Enrolments for 2027 are open now, we welcome you to come to our Front Office to collect an Enrolment Package. Enrolments close Friday 24th July 2026.

Kindy Tours are not currently available. A 'frequently asked questions' information sheet will accompany the enrolment package and can be found below. When enrolment is accepted, there will be a Kindy information session and a class orientation morning.
